Copper golem pathfinding

With the new copper golem, I would love for it to be able to climb ladders for better pathfinding, as I have a multi-layered storage room with a ladder

    I would like that too. I'd also like it if they either didn't collide with each other or at least moved out of the way of golems with items. It's basic pathfinding.
