Free access to free servers

Make the "add server button" appear on every system in the same place. Allow the addition of free servers without the need of an online subscription.
Not everyone can afford a subscription, especially children of families on low income.
I had a no-subscription child on our free group server around the 9th of June, and after the next update, I can't get them on. This access should not be restricted.
