Bedrock - Villager linking to bed and workstation

Dear developpers,

I love the game, just one thing makes me crazy, that we are not able to permanent link a villager to a bed and workstation, pls solve this or at least give us a mechanic to permanent link a villager to a bed and workstation (for example using nametags to link to a bed and workstation would be great)
