The Pulse is an unfriendly mob which moves slowly. Every second, it has an opportunity to move for 0.25 seconds.
The pulse has a red design, not resembling blood because this is a children's game. Every second, you will see its chest expand, and at the chest's climax is when the pulse has its opportunity to do a move.
The Pulse has 3 moves. Dash, Walk, and swing. Dash is basically a teleport, within 2 blocks, though when the Pulse is facing the character, its dash direction must not be within 10 degrees of the player, either side. The walk is self-explanatory, it just walks towards the player, as far as it can in its small time frame. In swing, the Pulse quickly swings at the player, for 15 health points. In one pulse, the Pulse mustn't make more than one move. Dash, Walk, or Swing.
When you look at the pulse in action, the most obvious characteristic is the beating heart (but you just see the chest move since hearts probably aren't a good idea). This is why, on death, the Pulse may drop "Pulse block." The Pulse Block works sort of like the Pulse enemy, in that something happens every second. In this case, it activates a redstone signal. Additionally, the Pulse may drop other useful items such as redstone blocks (it is red), and bones. The Pulse Block will have a changing texture design for when it pulses, similar to the pulsing texture of water or fire. The Pulse may live on land in a swamp biome or another gloomy biome. This concludes my idea. I thank you for listening! Bye!!!
