Firefly Bush swaps texture between night and day

during the day, firefly bushes don't have the glowing white pixels that represent the fireflies, and similar to how the eyeblossom opens during the night, the white pixels could appear only at night

    The firefly flashing during the day looks kind of odd to me. There should definitely be two block states for the item.
