Add Commands to Control the Happy Ghast’s Movement

I’d like to suggest adding new commands to control the Happy Ghast in Creative Mode or custom maps. Right now, the Happy Ghast escapes or flies away too quickly, making it hard for players to use it as a mount or a helpful tool. A great feature would be a command to make it stay still in the air—similar to how a tamed wolf can be told to sit. This would help players use the Happy Ghast for precise building, exploring, or creating adventure maps. Having better movement control would make it more useful and fun for creators.
