New flying End mount idea

I think it would be nice to have a flying End mount that would be just big enough to ride and that would look kind of like a black stingray with purple eyes and no tail and it would fly around the Outer End Islands and would be led with a chorus fruit on a stick and would make end travel easier, sort of like the strider in the Nether. It would probably need some limitations to where it flies so that it isn't too easy to get to End Ships like maybe a height limit, and it shouldn't be able to come to the central end island.
