Make /Music play for the entire world and follow the players

The /music command is way too alike to the /playsound command because whenever you execute the /music command it plays in one area and if you happen to go too far you can’t hear it anymore. I feel that /music should make the music follow the player or just be able to hear it from worldwide just like the normal Minecraft music.
