Add the /fillbiome command to Bedrock

Whenever I make a super flat world in Minecraft where I’m making terrain or biomes, it’s missing its environment. The /fillbiome command would bring more life and character to those areas that they are missing. It would also spawn mobs that are familiar to those biomes and wouldn’t have to set up summon command blocks to spawn them in when they will just spawn naturally.
