Locator Bar and XP Bar displayed in the same time with opacity changing

Make the XP Bar displayed in the same time as Locator Bar but with like 50% of opacity and 100% of opacity for the Locator Bar, and when the player pickup XP, it's switched, the Locator Bar will have 50% of opacity and the XP Bar will have 100% of opacity, then the Locator Bar return to 100% of opacity and the XP Bar with 50% of opacity. (50% or 25% or less, or more if we want (maybe to tweak in settings)).

Because if we need to see what XP we have exactly, for example if we are level 29 and we can't pickup XP for now, so we can't see how many XP we need.
