Easy private server creation

The windows MineCraft Bedrock server creation app is too basic and complicated to create on a private lan now! Not letting any of my server settings work as it use to in the past should have a uwp app that someone can load as a program and automatically setup all the settings and check if any certs, ips, saves, ect. should and can be updated in app also including updates to that server! Would make it easier for novice people to setup a private home server to share and play the game via each other with the same user profile in the same house! This works with my Android phone why not my other in home pcs? I know there is Realms but im not going online with the game just want the ability to play my updated save on my multiple gaming devices around the home which i was able to do via a private Minecraft server! And doesn't Minecraft support cloud saves via PCs?
