Happy Ghasts should not be able to be harmed by their rider

I’ve had multiple occurrences where I’ve accidentally killed my happy ghast, especially when using a bow and arrow. I think all riders of a happy ghast should not be able to shoot their mount, at least not with friendly fire off.
