The dragon’s super pearl

So a dragon’s super pearl is a similar pearl to a ender pearl but when you throw it, you have to throw it at an entity, and it will stick to it.when it does, you have to throw another one somewhere else and the entity will teleport there. ( by entity, i am not meaning like monsters. For example, Entity 303). You can obtain them by brutally killing the ender dragon, and you will get XP, The egg, and the dragon’s super pearl. Is this a good idea???
