1.9 Combat system world setting for bedrock edition

The 1.9 combat system being hard for mobile players shouldnt be a reason not to add it to bedrock. Most players have actually asked for it as well. So to please both sides, why not add a world setting to switch between 1.9 and pre 1.9 combat?
