Biomes should affect block reflections in Vibrant Visuals

Blocks should have different reflection multipliers for different biomes. Biomes like the desert where it never rains should have lower reflection. I always imagine the jungle being more wet, so add some reflection there.

    That makes sense It it might give more aesthetic to the game.
