Regarding the issue of cape redemption.

  I exchanged the "Home Cape" cape in early April this year, but it has been over two months now and I still haven't received it in my account.

  This is the original order number I provided "8138954093". I hope you can take action promptly. Of course, I will continue to support Minecraft for its next "15th anniversary".
