Add the Combat Update for Bedrock

I believe there can and should be a combat update for minecraft Bedrock edition. BUT, instead of forcing that type of combat to players, there can be a toggle (choice) whether the player wants to play with the New Combat or the Old Combat in the game. The toggle can enable or disable certain Combat Update features, such as the Sweeping Edge enchantment and the Sword Sweep core feature. This would benefit both sides of the community and bring them closer as a whole and make Java combat enthusiasts on bedrock happy, while allowing new players and existing players to experience weapon cool downs and play with them. As a minecraft enjoyer myself, I not only speak for myself, but many other combat update enthusiasts as well. I appreciate all the work and I have fun in Minecraft, a Combat overhaul can bring java players to buy bedrock as well if they dont already own it!
