Frozen Ocean changes

Frozen Oceans and Deep Frozen Oceans were changed in 1.21.100.20 to match Java Edition, where the surface ice layer in Frozen Oceans is sparser, and in Deep Frozen Oceans is not present. This takes away the ability to ice boat around the biome, which is one of the most popular aspects of it. I would therefor suggest that Frozen Oceans remain the way they are on Bedrock, and also get added to Java, while Deep Frozen Oceans get changed to match Java Edition.

    I like it much better now in Java. Please do not change this back and please change to match java on bedrock. It looks and feels so much better and more realistic without a layer of ice

    Yes! Parity being bad as usual, I have many great memories riding boats with friends on frozen biomes.
