Add 'Do not show again' option to Crowdin pop-up in Minecraft Launcher

The Crowdin pop-up is getting a bit annoying to close every time I start the launcher. A 'don’t show again' option would be really helpful.

  Yes at least make it so it uses the translated not the approved percentage (I noticed English Australia is 100% translated but only 85% approved which as far as I know we can't do anything about them not approving it)

  Yes pls, after 1 year this is still a thing, Mojand need to do something
