Minecraft AI Help

A AI that you can do /help in chat and you can type in what you need help with, and it can answer in chat privately. And maybe even if it may potentially be used inappropriately somehow or someway a system could be added where you choose each word and keep the words Minecraft related? So like the first set of words you choose from could be Why, How, what, if, and plenty other words! Which could not only help new players, but also old players! I think this idea is a little out there, but possible. And I hope this gets through and is considered.. ;D
