Add DLSS/FSR support for better Vibrant Visuals PC/Console performance

Looking at the fact that even a PS5 cannot fully use all the Vibrant Visuals settings without unstable frame rates that are capped at 30 frames per second, I think it would be a great idea to allow players to use frame-generation technology to improve the frame rates on consoles. Since it has already been proven that FSR 3 does work on both the Xbox Series X and the PS5 when it comes to frame generation. Why wouldn’t it be a good idea to introduce this technology to Minecraft?

Its going to run poorly on consoles and PCs with AMD GPU's, Microsoft has a partnership with Nvidia and the RTX for Minecraft promotion. From what I've seen nvidia GPU's are getting more than twice the FPS of equivalent AMD gpus its getting pushed to release like this unfortunately luckily we still have Java edition.
