Make the progress pride cape possible to get every year!

Make in the month of June every year the possibility to get the progression pride cape as of to celebrate the pride month. As well as that it should be added to java edition

    This is a good suggestion, progressive pride cape should be every June to celebrate the pride month, and it should be available on bedrock and java :D
