Change how to change the initial value of a single option of Dialogs

Allow to put the id of the selected single option in the "inital_value" field instead of to put true or false for each option (and we can write true everywhere or to put false everywhere if we want...)

Because for custom Configs menu, if we want to pre select what option we want with macros, we have to put false for each option and true for the only one option that we want to enable initially, and it's too long to write in the datapack code... We have to create multiple macro values...
