Change “Allow” and “Deny” block textures to be invisible when not held

The Allow and Deny blocks do not look that appealing when seen below under a structure or map. It would be nice if they worked somewhat like the Barrier block where they are invisible when not being held. This way Deny and Allow blocks can have the same function while a build can still remain the way someone would have wanted it.
