I can agree that the skies in deserts and mesas are pretty extreme, but what gets me is the sand and red sand! With all the default settings of Vibrant Visuals, the sand and red sand are so bright! I had to mess with the settings so much, even to get it to not hurt my eyes. The lighting levels are great until about noon, when the sun intensifies and the ground gets blinding. Honestly, after some personal preference changes, I like the reflections on the water and the clouds. Just not the sand. If I turned down the brightness, then my house was strangely dark, but if I left it, I hated the sand!

I think it would be nice if the fog was normal during the day, and then it intensified closer to sunrise and sunset.

    I'm so sad!

I was so excited to log into my desert world and view it with the new vibrant visuals, however it has literally given me a headache from its brightness. The sand and sky is blinding and blown out, creators have made videos on troubleshooting issues with the vibrant visuals however, I haven't seen anyone so far successfully counter the issues with the desert or mesa biomes. I have spent over an hour adjusting the settings and have had zero success in countering these effects, I love the world I created but it looks like I will have to wait to play on it until these issues are resolved.
