Increase load time of biome fog

In the newest preview there was new biome fog added which looks great but comes in a bit to quickly I feel. It feels like it takes 10 seconds for the fog to come in and I feel like 30 seconds would feel more natural. This would also be better because if you were going fast on a minecart or elytra and passing between biomes than it would probably look weird.
