Water Buffalo Mob

A new mob called the water buffalo, it could be larger than a cow but look somewhat similar. Some features could let it go underwater for prolonged periods of time, also could be rideable. If you research the animal a bit you can see how interesting it is and how it would fit well into Minecraft. The animal is also very important to many people across the world and I think would be a highly appreciated addition. Please take this idea into consideration!
