Happy Ghast ideas: water cannon, speed, and health increase

Because ghasts become happy when they consume water, I suppose they should blast the opposite of fire. Water. Water should be the happy ghast's secret weapon. Just like ghasts blasting Fireballs, happy ghast can spew out water, just like a water-cannon. This can be used as a great way to combat hostile mobs, or players. It could even stand ground against harder bosses like the Wither. This next idea will blow your mind: Imagine riding your happy ghast to the ocean, then it sinks itself underwater, the the happy ghast uses the water to refill the cannons.
