I think it's unfair that some of the capes were advertised as bedrock exclusive, in turn discouraging Java players from participating, such as the cherry blossom and founders. I believe it is only fair that Java players are allowed a chance to receive these capes, as the Bedrock players were allowed. My account is more than 11 years old, if anything, I'm more of a founder than most of the bedrock accounts.
