Add music track controls.

There should be three music options added: Advance Track would stop the current track that's playing (not music disk) and randomly start a differenr one that would be played in the current biome.

Repeat Track starts over the current playing track from the beginning.

Previous Track would stop the current playing track and starts the track that played before it.

Repeat Track should also be toggle able, so if the current music gives you some ASMR goodness right then, you can toggle Repeat and just let it keep playing for as long as you want.
