Adjustable rain transparency and flowing rain fog

Current:
The rain is blue,
Falling separately up close, with a slight static fog,
Not noticeable in the distance, with heavy static fog.

Better:
The color of the rain depends on the sky (could be adjustable),
Falling separately up close, with almost no static fog,
While in the distance, there is a downward-flowing fog.
