Add more things to The summer drop.

There are very few things in the summer drop. Even if you don’t want to add new blocks or mobs, you could always introduce more cosmetic changes: more archievents, better fog, sandstorms in the desert, firestorms in the Nether near lava, more music discs (with existing tracks), better textures for the Happy Ghast and its harness. You could add anything that would make this drop more varied.
