(java) The game menu screen should state that the game is paused

With the new java snapshot (25w20a) music now plays even when the game is paused. Please make the game menu in singleplayer worlds clearly state that the game is paused (maybe also make it state if it isn't (like in a lan world)), to avoid confusion.
