Accountability for Cape Exploit Incident & Proposed Trust-Building Measures

To Mojang and Microsoft Team, Hello, I believe Mojang Studios and Microsoft need to take responsibility for this severe cape bug incident, as it concerns the fundamental trust between players and game developers. I also suggest granting a "credit cape" to players who did not exploit the bug, which would encourage more current and potential players to support and follow your work.
