Spyglass clears fog when used

Snapshot 25w19a introduces more intense fog which can obscure distant objects and builds. The spyglass should be able to see through this fog when used, making it more useful for scouting and adventure

    Along with the main suggestion, being able to make a telescope with the spyglass and sticks that make a tripod.

    Along with the main suggestion, it could render chunks a little further from the actual render distance, allowing players to ACTUALLY SEE far away. Not... just the same they already see but with zoom.
