Re-add grass color noise with the new graphic overhaul as a setting.

Bedrock used to have a slight noise over the grass and water colour. It was removed in 1.17.30.

With a visual overhaul of the game coming it should be re-added.

I'm aware that some people don't like this feature, but it could be added as an optional setting. It makes the world look way more interesting.

    If they could they should not only re-add the noise, but add it to Java as well.

    No need to make it a setting — it should always be there, like biome colours are!

    A lot of people (me included) use a mod to bring this feature back, so I would like it in the base game again. It makes the world feel alive and pretty.
