Let Players Manually Enable Vibrant Visuals on All Devices

Right now, Vibrant Visuals is available in the full version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition, but many players — especially on mobile — can’t use it because the game disables it based on hardware checks. I understand that Mojang wants to prevent performance issues, but as a paying player, I believe we should have the choice. Some of us don’t care if our phone gets hot or the game slows down. We just want to enjoy the visuals and try the full experience. Please add an optional toggle or override for advanced users who are aware of the risks but still want to enable it. Just like how we can enable Experimental Features — let us enable this at our own risk.
