The Absorber (New illager)

The absorber would be a new illager that would spawn during raids. It would hold a shield and use that to block most weapons. If you manage to hit the absorber, it would cast a spell which would hit you with the same damage that you just did, making it a challenge to defeat. If you shoot the absorber with a bow and it hits the shield, the arrow would come reflect off of the shield and hit you.

    May I refine this idea a bit?

    All the shields are fully magic. By default, the shields just block damage and reflect knockback and arrows the same as a normal shield. But the Deflector will occasionally cast a spell that adds Thorns to the shields so you take back the damage you would have dealt. When he parts the shields to cast the Thorns spell is when you have the chance to attack.

    24 hp; same as an Evoker

    what loot would we get from this? maybe the shield, or the thorns enchantment book.
