Separate the Locator Bar and Experience Bar

The Locator Bar being in the same space as the Experience Bar isn't the best approach. Simply separating the two elements would be much better and allow for many more opportunities. I believe it was said somewhere by someone that the Experience Bar and the Locator Bar use the same space to avoid UI clutter, but I honestly think adding an extra bar would be more beneficial and convenient. It's an inconvenience that your experience level is hidden until you gain some more of it, or open the appropriate interface, so separating the elements would resolve this problem.
