Building on the nether roof in bedrock edition

I feel like it's only logical with the large push towards parity to implement the ability to build on the roof of the nether on Minecraft bedrock edition. It could be extremely beneficial for general creativity and making large, interesting structures, like how Java players use this feature. I understand this may be a bug, but I think that similar to crawling, it's popular enough to become a feature.
