Painting variant command

In older versions, you were able to use commands to /give yourself specific paintings. Now, that's impossible. And, while they are available in the creative menu, you can't do stuff like give them special name colours, which I would like to do for a personal project of mine.

This could be easily fixed by adding a tag like "variant" and just giving you the same item form as in the creative menu, while also letting you apply all the other tags in the command like the name, and the colour of the name.
