Mobs afflicted with blindness must get their AI deleted

There could be some immune mobs like zombies or wardens that have good sense of smell but overall it would make sense if blindness causes confusion on mobs

    Like their wander distance would be dropped to 1-2 blocks and their Player detections radius gets cut in half? i think that could work. Wouldn't affect undeads or the Warden, and probably the Ender Dragon would be immune too.
