Make advancement screen size togglable

In the current GUI, the advancement screen is stuck at a very small size relative to the entire screen. I would like to see this able to increase, as it would be nice to be able to see more advancements at once (if the player desires). I just think it would look better, to be honest, especially with how saturated and filled up the adventure tab is getting!!
