Recommendation for Elytra Upgrade with Netherite Ingot

While armors, weapons, as well as tools are upgradable using Netherite Ingot, why not Elytra？

I propose the Elytra upgrade with Netherite Ingot will increase the durability from 432 -> 500.

(Maybe allowing Elytra to be dyed as well and even allowing Armor Trim?)

This gives Netherite Ingot even more value than what it already has, and it's also natural to connect Netherite Ingot with Elytra, the two most valuable resources in their own fields in Minecraft (Netherite as in mine, Elytra as in transportation).
