Remove the limitation imposed by deferred rendering on low-end devices

Nowadays, many of our players need this feature to enhance the game's visuals. If they can't access the Vibrant visuals function, they will turn to third-party deferred rendering with better optimization. At least they can still experience an upgraded game picture. This is what we need. Please optimize the deferred rendering technology preview function and release it later.Please remove the restrictions on low-end devices for the latency technology preview in the next version.
