Allow boats on leashes to carry players.

so since the happy ghast can carry mobs with boats i came back to a question of mine.

why can players not ride in leashed boats?

it makes sense if you think about it, illagers and zombies can and they are around the weight of a player. it would also allow for swinging rides where a conveyer belt loops a boat on a leash around and around. and would have practicality with something like a flying machine carrying boats for players to ride in. which would probably make epic airliners if i am being honest.

and even if this gets added halfway to only work with the happy ghast it can still be used with a crewman who can airdrop mobs with a bow and arrow from below. helpful if you ask a friend to carry a rare mob for a display or getting airlifts for pigs and cows into biomes like deserts. and hostile monsters are already gonna be mass-deployed with the ghast so it does not change much.
