Mob Idea: The Crystalized Creeper

I feel as though the Creeper, the iconic mob of Minecraft, could have a little bit more attention and bring more life to the game. Introducing: the Crystalized Creeper!

• 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Like a normal Creeper, but its explosion appears frozen in place. The explosion is crystalized, not the creeper itself. It glows, too!

• 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 Spawning in Lush Caves & Amethyst Geodes, it will wander around the player and sometimes follow them by instinct to keep the creeping aspect, but will not explode unless you kill it. It has a mini chance of dropping some mineable ore/crystal when doing so (most likely amethyst). Also, when in water for too long, a Creeper will crystalize & sink.

• 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹? Bring it to the surface & have it struck by lightning to convert it to a Charged Crystalized Creeper. Acting hostile, it will sneeze Lightning Charges at the player until the player kills it (these bolt-shaped charges can freeze & shock you in place for a second or two if hit). Once defeated, it'll explode and may drop a Bolt Ore (1/4 chance), which is used to craft a Striking Staff! (Bolt Ore at top middle, 2 Glowstone at left & right middle, Lightning Rod at bottom middle & an Amethyst Crystal block in the VERY middle.) The staff inputs a chain reaction between mobs in a crowd and deals same knockback to all mobs in it. 4½ DMG is dealt to the mob you hit, while 3 is dealt to those in the chain.

I hope this isn't too much nor too unnecessary, I just thought it would be a nice idea.
