/tickrate & /tick freeze command on bedrock edition

Add tickrate command to bedrock edition imagine to amount of addons addon creators can do with this command 1.) just like on java they can perform a command /tickrate 5 (below) should slow the game down by 4 times 2.) add so that we can do with decimals to 3.) can perform /tickrate 20 (above) to make the game faster 4.) add /tick freeze to freeze the game Just like pause but you are the only can move.
