Clerics Rarely Gift Potions With Hero of the Village Effect

Clerics act like they brew a lot of stuff, but there is absolutely zero proof of this. Where do the potions go? Well, maybe they should gift random potions when the player has the Hero of the Village effect. The chances of this gift should be rare, 1 in 250 gifts, or 0.4%. But it would be an interesting addition to the game.
