Texture Disabling/Enabling while playing server/ world

You can enable/disable/edit texture packs when you are at the main menu, but when you are inside a server/ world, you can't do it, this is kinda annoying because you need to leave the world/ server in order to edit the order, disable or enable texture packs.

A good example is when you are playing at a server and you want to turn on  your pvp texture pack, but you need to leave and rejoin, or when you want to join any realm or world you need to leave and rejoin to turn on the juicy survival texture packs and turn off the pvp texture packs

Please, its a pain for me to leave and rejoin to do the texture pack changes
